Since its inception, Ecclestone Horse Transport has become well established as one of Canada’s premier equine transporters, servicing the majority of Canada’s top olympic riders and their horses. EHT has a modern fleet of air-ride units, designed to keep its equine passengers comfortable no matter the distance. EHT provides local, long distance, and overseas horse transportation. No matter where your horse needs to go, EHT can help get it there! We strive to provide customers with a superior level of customer service, while ensuring the highest levels of safety and comfort for your horses.

Our Team

Kyle Ecclestone

Founder and President

Founder and President, Kyle Ecclestone, is a lifelong equestrian with a passion for both horses and logistics. As a child, Kyle grew up riding hunters and jumpers, and was later exposed to the breed sports with Friesians and Saddlebreds. Kyle and his wife Lawren, have a small KWPN jumper breeding program, while Lawren has a string of top level jumpers which she competes with in Canada and the USA. Kyle’s passion for harness horses continues, as he owns a few top level friesian stallions. In 2017, Kyle was recognized as the “Entrepreneur Of The Year” by the CFDC, for his development of EHT.

Dominique Nugent

Operations Manager

Dominique is the Operations Manager for EHT. She has had a love of horses since she was young. Prior to EHT she worked in an animal hospital, and has a long history working in the travel industry. Looking for a career change, she joined EHT and bridged her love for animals and history of travel planning. Dominique is the voice at the other end of the phone that will help coordinate your plans and answer any questions you may have. She also helps with EHT business and marketing initiatives.
